Fring first out of the gate with iPhone VOIP client
Fring today announced that they have made a “pre-release R&D” version of their VOIP client available for jailbroken iPhones - a first. Full instructions for installing it on iPhone are here.
Part of the objective here (besides getting you all excited with fring for iPhone) is to get feedback prior to release of the full-feature version and create a truly superb user experience for iPhone users. So feel free to let us know what you think.
Fring features to make free calls over WiFi to users of Skype, MSN, Google Talk, ICQ, Twitter, Yahoo!, AIM and, of course, Fring on your iPhone. Fring also offers enjoy rich, IM-style chat over your Internet connection for the low, low price of nothing.
