OQO hacked to run Leopard

OQO Talk claims that a junior member has successfully hacked the OQO to run Mac OS X Leopard.

In case you’re not familiar, OQO developed several subnotebooks that have the functionality of a tablet PC in a form-factor slightly larger than a PDA. According to Guinness World Records, the OQO is the smallest full-powered, full-featured personal computer. OQO was founded by the creators of the PowerBook G4 Titanium (a.k.a. “TiBook”) after Apple refused to let them develop a tiny mobile Macintosh.

The OQO video is blurrier than the Zapruder film, but according to the story will dual-boot Windows Vista and OS X – Leopard boots in 2 minutes and 30 seconds. WiFi, sound, power management and Bluetooth all work. A video excerpt is posted at Engadget.
