Lee Stoetzel’s Wood Mac

Artist Lee Stoetzel was born in 1968 in Tallahassee, FL and his art installation You are in a Landscape is running from 26 April to 26 May at Mixed Greens in New York. He has created some incredible to-scale art pieces out of wood including a VW bus, a Jeep and a chopper motorcycle.
Pictured above is Computer (1) which is a tribute to the original 128k Macintosh in pecky cypress wood (US$3,000). Ironically, that’s almost exactly what the original computer cost.
