I spoke with AT&T Mobility Executive Director of Media relations, Mark Siegel and he mentioned that the activation issue is on Apple’s end and that “Apple is working to resolve the issue as fast as they can.” AT&T meanwhile is also telling their iPhone customers to take their iPhones home unactivated and “try it again later.”Right. One post to an iPhone list said that "patience is the word for the day." Of course, since it was sent from the virtual keyboard on an iPhone, "patience" was misspelled with an extra "a." Just wait. And know that you're saving yourself pain. I'm planning on buying my first iPhone next week — late in the week!
