Zoho’s applications will be delivered through Jamcracker, which provides a network to offer customer support and other back-end services for companies.

The pact, announced Wednesday, allows Zoho applications–Business, CRM, Meeting and Projects to be sold in Jamcracker’s catalog of services in bundles or as standalone items. Jamcracker offers desktop management, data backup and voice and data telecom services for small businesses and is a reseller conduit for software as a service applications.

If that deal goes as planned, Zoho will have a larger footprint and a reseller channel to extend its applications to more customers. The companies said they will offer more applications via Jamcracker in the future. Zoho Business, CRM, Meeting and Projects are available today through the Jamcracker network and its partners, which include McAfee, Microsoft, Postini, Broadsoft and Telus to name a few.
