Note to state Governors: Ahem, eat your own dog food please
News.com’s Ed Frauenheim reports on a study that the States are doing plenty of offshoring of their own. According to a study, at least $75 million in U.S. state contract work has been captured by companies that specialize in offshore outsourcing. Perhaps government funded offshoring would make a good topic for one of Michael Moore’s next exposés?
