If you’re running Windows XP or Vista and you regularly use Windows Explorer to manipulate files, you might be tired of the way it opens the My Documents by default. In this video, Tech Republic’s Bill Detwiler shows you a simple tweak that will make Windows Explorer open in any directory that you choose.
