Apple's iPhone dials up J.D. Power smartphone win
J.D. Power on Thursday crowned Apple’s iPhone as top dog in overall satisfaction, but the device tanked when it came to battery life satisfaction.
In the overall satisfaction category, the iPhone edged out LG with a score of 791 to 772. The rest of the pack was bunched in the middle. Let’s roll the charts (statement, Techmeme):
