Want an iPhone 3GS? Go for the 32GB white one
Apple has detailed supply issues for its iPhone 3GS at its retail stores, but there seems to be ample inventory of the 32GB white version.
A spot check of Apple’s iPhone 3GS widget details sellouts in most states for the 16GB iPhone 3GS (Techmeme). The black 32GB version is also mostly sold out. If you want a white iPhone 32GB 3GS—apparently not enough people do—you’re in luck.

Among other odds and ends:
- New York City’s Apple stores—SoHo, Fifth Ave. and West 14th Street—are well stocked in all iPhone 3GS flavors.
- Apple says that its 8GB iPhone 3G is available in all stores.
