This week on the Dan & David Show, we discuss the latest from the HP follies, including the testimony today before a Congressional subcommittee in which most of the witnesses, which included HP's now former general counsel, Ann Baskins, exercised their Fifth Amendment.
DemoFall 2006 was host to 70 product introductions from mostly startup companies, and our bloggers covered our share as did news.com. We also discuss Intel's announcement of Geneseo, which will use PCI technology as a platform for a variety accelerator chips, a counter or complementary initiative to AMD's Torrenza Initiative. David talks about his visit to MIT's Emerging Technology conference.
David also plugs his new StartupCamp and rants about traceable e-mail, admonishing Microsoft to patch Outlook 2003 and Outlook Express with an option to disable automatic image retrieval.
