The future of search
Adam Bosworth, Google vice-president of engineering, joins The Gillmor Gang to discuss the future of search. Bosworth suggests that the same architectures used to make Web servers more scalable could be used to improve search. Data routers could know about the information located on back-end servers and could query servers asynchronously according to the probability of returning the best search results.
