Mozilla's mobile browser nears alpha

Mozilla’s Fennec, also known as Mobile Firefox, has hit its sixth milestone and is “getting close” to alpha.

Mozilla platform evangelist Mark Finkle said in a blog post that Fennec M6 has added tabs to the user interface and mailto: support. More importantly is the screen that Finkle posted:

Finkle noted that Mozilla will make more user interface tweaks and stability improvements.
