Image Gallery: Windows Update
Updates ready to install: After the updates are fully downloaded, the shield icon remains visible. If you’ve configured Windows to install the updates automatically, your computer restarts at the time you specify - by default, 3:00AM. You can restart your system earlier to force the updates to install.

- According to various sites (I think including Microsoft), you need two updates to fully correct the problem.
You need the Windows Update Agent 3.0 (search for WindowsUpdateAgent30.exe) and KB922582.
