A minor roadblock In Windows Vista RC1, User Account Control has been toned down dramatically. If you’re logged on as a member of the Administrators group, you’ll have to grant permission before completing any operation that affects system settings. This decision is pretty straightforward, coming as a direct result of clicking a Personalization option in Control Panel.
