California Governor urges Silicon Valley Companies to go to Germany for Cebit

California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was in Silicon Valley Thursday morning at Intel’s HQ to make an announcement about California’s partnership with the giant Cebit trade show in Hannover, Germany. California is offering its high tech companies money to attend the show in early March 2009.
