The real Intel rock stars

You’ve seen the Intel TV ads but did you know that the Intel “rock stars” are all played by actors?
I was at the recent Intel Research day where the real rock stars were introduced: Aay Bhatt, the co-inventor of USB, and Joshua Smith, a pioneer in wireless power and robotics.
I also wandered the Intel science fair where 40 projects were showcased. One of these was an wireless electric power technology that could be used to recharge your gadgets at a distance of a couple of meters.
