Real CL2 Screenshots

cl2logo.gifIt appears that real CL2 screenshots (mirror) have been leaked by a Trusted Tester and published by Techcrunch.  Even though the article says it will be a long time until the final product is released — it’s looking very good.  The screenshots hint integration with iCal, the ability to share calendars with friends or the public, and much more.

I’m not sure how good of an indicator this is, but when I was researching the Trusted Tester program, I came across a comment about GDS (Comment #3).  A trusted tester said in this comment that he had copy of GDS2 through the program, and from his experience a release is only a "matter of weeks" after it is in the hands of Trusted Testers.

This of course does not mean that CL2 will be released in two weeks, but I think it could be closer than the Techcrunch article makes it sound.
