dMarc founders quit their jobs at Google

Less than a year after Google's acquisition of dMarc, a spokesperson from Google confirmed the two are no longer employed by the company.  Google does plan to continue their audio ad efforts, even after this turn of events.

There has been much tension between Google and dMarc though — mostly from clashing mentalities.  Google is all about automation, and removal of the "human touch".  The dMarc founders insist that in order for this product to be successful, there has to be some human involvement in sales and training.

I am on the same page — the balance of services to customer support is grossly lopsided at Google.  They have the funds, so why not invest in great customer service?  Being a company known for its timely and informed responses to questions, or answering phones with a friendly voice would set them even further apart from the competition.
