Use HTML signatures in Gmail
There have almost certainly been times when either you, or someone you know has asked the question: "How do I use my HTML signature in Gmail?". You aren't alone — there are over 2,000 posts asking that same question on Gmail's discussion board, with no good answer.
So I got sick of waiting and took the matter into my own hands. I whipped up a quick and dirty Greasemonkey script that you can use for adding an HTML signature.
- Download Greasemonkey
- Download the script (right-click and save)
- Change your signature in the script
- Install it (drag it into your browser window, or use Tools > Greasemonkey > New User Script)
If you make any modifications that would be helpful to others (like maybe a way to edit your HTML signature directly through the Gmail interface), let me know and I will incorporate them into the script.
