Google News, no longer beta

Google is known for their "beta" services, but every now and then they remove the label to signify that one has grown up.  Today, Google removed the beta status from Google News.

Friday, this service recieved a couple new features including a reccomendation service and a place to see popular stories.  These were the features that they wanted to put into Google News before the beta label was taken off accoring to a Google spokesperson.

Recommended stories are those that directly relate to things you’ve searched for and clicked on.  This kicks the personalization up a notch — helping you find stories that you didn’t even know you wanted.  Popular stories are ones that are the most read on the entire "Google News" site.

I would like to see some sort of "send this article to a friend" feature and maybe even the ability to comment on individual stories.  Do you use Google News?  Are there any features you would like to see in this service?
