NAND flash up 30.2% in Q3 2005

Micron, Hynix and Renesas Technology all exceeded the growth of the NAND flash memory market in Q3 2005, which moved ahead 30.2% QTQ, according to iSuppli. Samsung claimed 50.2% of the $2.97 bln market for NAND flash in Q3 2005.
