60% of Americans break New Year resolutions in 3 months
According to ConAgra Foods, 90% of adults want to lead more balanced lives in the New Year; however, only 21% think it’s achievable. What’s more, an estimated 60% of Americans who make New Year’s resolutions break them within three months.
