OLED displays to generate $429 mln in 2004
Global shipments of OLED displays are projected to reach 35.3 mln units this year, up from 16.8 mln in 2003 but short of the 36.2 mln units originally projected, iSuppli said. OLED revenue is expected to reach $429 mln, up from $246 mln last year but down from the $470 mln forecast earlier. iSuppli still expects OLED shipments to gather steam in coming years, reaching 289 mln units by 2010.
