US home prices up 8.1% in Q1 2004
Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight says US home prices went up by 8.1% in Q1 2004 if compared to Q1 2003, and up by 0.96% if compared to Q4 2003. The biggest price increases during the past year occurred in Hawaii, Nevada, Rhode Island, the District of Columbia and California. The smallest increases were in Utah, Texas, Indiana, Colorado and Alabama.
