Organic integrated circuit fab to cost $30 mln by 2008
Organic integrated circuits, albeit not of the same performance or density of silicon or compound semiconductors, could be made in printing works costing $30 mln by 2008, according to ABI Research. ABI compares that with a price tag of about $2 bln for commercial silicon semiconductor wafer fab set up.
