10% of UK teenagers visit adult Web sites
More than 10% of UK teenagers frequently use the internet to look at adult websites. For 12% this ranks as one of the primary reasons for going online, Department for Education and Skills told BBC. 52% used the Internet for instant messaging services and 36% to shop for goods or services. 18% looked up news and current affairs sites and 9% visited discussion forums.
