Electronic design automation revenues up 2.8% in 2004

Electronic design automation revenues in Q4 2004 were $1,078 mln, a 3% increase over Q4 2003, according to EDA Consortium. For the full year 2004 the industry’s revenues totaled $4,019 mln, 2.8% more than $3,911 mln reported in 2003, despite a decline in the money spent on physical design and verification tools.
