61% of business users say improving search is top priority for corporate intranet

44% of business users, who responded to Forrester survey, thought that it’s easy to find results on their companies’ intranet, and human resource information was the easiest information to find. 61% said searching capability was the top thing that needed improvement on corporate intranets.
