30.2% of e-mail got opened in Q1 2005
Only 30.2% of commercial e-mail was opened in Q1 2005, down from 38.2% in Q1 2004, according to DoubleClick. Click rates declined to 7.9% in Q1 2005, from 8.4% in Q1 2004.
