Handheld device market down 20.8% in Q2 2005
The worldwide market for handheld devices experienced its sixth consecutive quarter of year-over-year decline in Q2 2005. According to IDC, device shipments decreased 20.8% compared to Q2 2004 and fell 24.9% sequentially in Q2 2005 to 1.7 million units.
