Western European wired telecom revenues up 3.2% in Q1 2005
Revenue growth for the top 10 fixed-line operators in Western Europe in Q1 2005 increased 3.2% compared with Q1 2004. Telefonica reported a 17.3% increase in its revenue, largely as the result of a big jump in its cellular business, according to Gartner.
