Vacancy rate for Silicon Valley offices down to 13.6% in Q3 2005
The vacancy rate in Silicon Valley R&D buildings, dropped to 20.6% in Q3 2005 from 21% in Q2 2005 and 22.3% in Q3 2004, according to NAI BT Commercial. Office building vacancies dropped to 13.6% from 13.7% in Q2 2005 and 15.3% in Q3 2004.
