16% of active Russian Internet users aware of blogs, LiveJournal claims the largest mindshare
Russian research agency ROMIR Monitoring claims that 32% of Russians who are online at least once a day are aware of blogs. 16% of those Russians who are aware of blogs visit them several times a day. SixApart-owned LiveJournal.com has the mind share 22%, while 43% of online Russians have hard time naming a blogging community. Russian LiveInternet.ru trails LiveJournal wit 6% mind share.
