62% of Californian home buyers used Internet for research in 2005
62% of all home buyers in California used the Internet as an important part of the home-buying process in early 2005, compared with 28% in 2000, according to California Association of Realtors. Realtrends.com estimates that 15% of the 6.8 mln existing US homes expected to be sold in 2005 will involve online real estate discounters.
