In 2004 61% of new hires were referred by Internet postings
In 2004, CareerXroads found that 61% of hires by the companies surveyed came from referrals or the Internet, up from 50% two years earlier. Monster, CareerBuilder and HotJobs accounted for 22.8% of the hires attributed to the Internet
