PC market up 18.8% in 2005, Dell the leader with 18.1%
IDC published its data on the global PC market in 2005. PC shipments went up by 18.8% in 2005, with Dell, HP and Lenovo maintaining market leadership with 18.1%, 15.6% and 6.2% shares of the market. Combining Lenovo amd IBM results yields a stronger 7.2% market share for Lenovo.
