43% of marketers find pay-per-click campaigns very effective by ZDNet's ZDNet Research -- MarketingSherpa found that 43% of readers felt that pay-per-click ad results were “very effective” in July 2005, as opposed to 34% of readers claiming that July 2004. In 2004 31% of surveyed marketers said SEO results were very good, while in 2005 33% said SEO is very effective.
