Microsoft recently posted an article I wrote titled "Turn e-mail into action with Microsoft Office Outlook 2007" on the 2007 Microsoft Office system community site. The article covers some of the new features in the forthcoming update to Outlook including Follow Up Flags, the To-Do Bar, Instant Search, and the improved integration with Office OneNote 2007. The focus of the article is how to use these features to turn incoming e-mail messages into actionable tasks and appointments and how to use OneNote in concert with Outlook to capture text, audio, and even video notes that link to appointments in your Outlook calendar.

I’ll also be online in a community chat on Tuesday, September 5 at 11:00 am Pacific Time discussing OneNote 2007 as a follow up to the article I wrote about that new release a couple of months ago. Hope you can drop by and pose a great question or two.
