The Studio One 19 won’t be available in the U.S. until later this spring–it goes on sale in Japan first on March 23–but you can get a good look at the new design in these photos. Dell already sells an AIO, the XPS One, which has either a 20- or 24-inch LCD, starts at $799 and is clearly designed for a home theater. The new Studio One 19, by contrast, is based on an 18.5-inch display, starts at $699 and would look more at home on a kitchen counter. Like HP’s TouchSmart AIO, the Studio One 19 has an optional touchscreen, so you can use multi-touch for Web browsing, managing photos on Flickr, uploading videos to YouTube and other applications. Based on the press release, it also looks like the Studio One 19 will have a good range of configuration options including quad-core processors, up to 4GB of memory, Nvidia GeForce 9200 or 9400 integrated graphics, up to a 750GB hard drive and Blu-ray. It will compete with the Apple iMac, Gateway One, HP TouchSmart IQ500t, Lenovo IdeaCentre A Series and Sony VAIO JS Series.
