Google Chrome...bundled with RealPlayer?!
Google Operating System’s Alex Chitu reports that the latest version of Real Networks’ RealPlayer comes bundled with Google Chrome and, by default, installs the browser.
Is RealPlayer the first third-party application used to promote Google Chrome? (Remember: Chrome has already replaced Firefox in Google Pack).
I gave the installation a shot, but I have Google Chrome already installed on my machine — so the “Add-ons” menu didn’t show up for me. Anyone else seeing Chrome bundled with RealPlayer?
Still, Chrome needs all the help it can get: the browser’s market share is still low — just 1.15 percent of global market share in February, according to Net Applications.
