Is this the next LG Chocolate? (Yes.)
Apparently so, though you’d be hard pressed to figure out what it looks like.
Taking a page from the Palm Pre playbook, LG has released some teaser photos of its next-generation Chocolate phone.
Why should you care? Because the original VX8500 phone was the company’s best-ever-selling product, moving 21 million units worldwide during its run. (Whether that was because of the device’s merits or the Christina Aguilera “Candyman” track that ran with the ad is up for debate.)
No specs available, of course, but rumor has it that the device will have a 21:9 aspect ratio, 800 by 345-pixel display, it’ll officially be the BL-40, and the built-in camera will be 5 megapixels.
It will be available in August.
