HP (Voodoo) Envy 13, 15 thin-and-lights expected this month
It’s been a long time since Voodoo has updated its popular but aging Envy 133 high-powered thin-and-light laptop, and rumblings around the Web point to two new models sporting the badge of their parent company, HP.
The new models — the Envy 13 and Envy 15, with names indicating size — are rumored to be running Windows 7 on an Intel chipset.
Judging by leaked glamor images of the 13-inch model (pictured at top), you’ll find at least 2 USB ports, HDMI and a unique trackpad.
The 15-inch model (pictured above) is said to have a 1600 MHz Intel Core i7 processor with (6MB cache), 320GB HDD, 4GB RAM, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4830 graphics, a Night Vision Webcam with IR LEDs, 6-cell battery and Windows 7 Home Premium.
It certainly helps that Voodoo founder Rahul Sood tweeted of a “new product coming out in September/October (ish),” that will make you “the envy of all your friends.”
