The Sony PSP Go has been under strict lock down since it was announced at the E3 gaming convention a few months ago, but the time has finally arrived: starting today, customers can now go to one of the 40 Sony Style stores across the country and demo the PSP Go.

Although the PSP Go isn’t available until October 1, starting today, September 23, you can check out the new  PSP in stores. If you decide you like it, you can pre-order the PSP Go and receive a $10 gift card when you come back to pick it up next week.

I got a hands-on with the PSP Go, so stay tuned for my impressions on the device. Until then, if you just can’t wait to try it out for yourself, visit one of the Sony Style stores and let us know what you think about the new gadget.
