If you have any doubts that some folks are rushing to get in position to get rich off climate change and high energy prices, I gotta bridge I’ll sell ya.

Perhaps no finer proof of the gold rush around energy: a new university training program in “carbon management.” The University of East Anglia in the U.K. will begin offering this degree next year. And it’s not just an ordinary graduate program, it has the supreme stamp of approval for getting-rich. The degree program is officially entitled Carbon Management MBA.

Companies operating within the European Union have been trading carbon credits for over two years.
