No, this is not bathroom humor. Brondell touts toilet seats that cut back on toilet paper usage
I don’t know about you, but as the sole housekeeper and toilet cleaner in my household, I am incredibly conflicted about low-flush toilets even though I know conserve gallons of water. I don’t think I really need to get into why.
So, I must say I’m intrigued about a new product line from Brondell: a toilet seat that is designed to eliminate the need to use toilet paper. The Brondell 800 includes a warm-water bidet, air dryer and a wireless remote control that lets you personalize the settings depending on who is visiting the facilities.
At $920 the high-end model isn’t exactly cheap, but here’s the eco-pitch: you don’t have to use toilet paper and contribute to the roughly 55 million trees that are cut down each year to produce it.
