The World Resources Institute has built a new system for greenhouse gas (GHG) calculation. They’ve just posted on their website a lengthy PDF that contains what they say is state-of-math system for figuring GHG production.

This system from WRI allows the user to build a customized GHG calculator based on local regulations, conditions and targets. So, it’s time to go figure.
