Climate has changed around climate change. U.S. to be pushy.
The chief scientist at the EPA says the U.S. will be pushing for more aggressive scientific action at the next international climate talks. Those happen in Copehagen at the end of this year.
American scientists have complained that science was marginalized at the EPA during the past eight years when politics reigned supreme.
