For the second straight day the University of Maryland leads in the Solar Decathlon competition in Washington D.C. But several teams are withing striking distance. The winner will be announced Friday.
The U.S. Department of Energy is one of the sponsors, along with BP, Sprint and several builidngindustry associatons. Today’s photo shows the entry of the #2 team right now, Darmstadt Technical University from Germany. Yesterday’s blog showed Maryland’s “Leaf House.”
