Kansas to get coal plants after all

There’s a new governor in Kansas and now the coal plants that were once denied are getting more help from the state. When Kansas actually blocked additional coal plant construction it was a surprising event in a conservative Midwest state. It looks like those plants will go ahead after a two-year delay now that the former governor has moved into a Washington job.
