James Hansen arrested, as promised

Environmental scientist and activist, Dr. James Hansen, got arrested as he intended. He was prominent among the protestors in West Virginia, where they were protesting mountaintop removal to get at coal deposits.
Hansen has advocated banning coal burning within twenty years because of its greenhouse gas emissions.
He was among 31 people arrested.
Hansen also opposes the proposed energy legislation being considered by Congress. He charges it will allow continued expansion of coal-burning in the US electricity industry.
